Ingredients

Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) 
Amaltas (Indian Laburnum) (Cassia fistula) 
Nut Grass (Nagarmotha) (Cyperus rotundus) 
Fennel Seeds (Saunf) (Foeniculum vulgare) 
Ginger (Shunthi) (Zingiber officinale) 
Haritaki Fruit (Terminalia chebula) 
Vibhitaki Fruit (Terminalia bellirica) 
Black Salt (Sanchal Lavan) 

How to Brew

Place 1 pyramid tea bag in your favourite cup. 
Pour 200 ml of freshly heated water (approximately 90–95°C). 
Steep for 3–5 minutes. 
Remove the tea bag and enjoy warm. 
Optional: Add a little honey if you prefer a touch of natural sweetness.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
